Contest Waiver & Disclaimer
By signing up for the Jime’s Hotdogs Hot Dog Eating Contest, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this event and understand that eating contests may involve certain risks, including but not limited to choking, discomfort, or other health-related issues.
I confirm that I am in good health and physically able to participate. I agree to follow all contest rules and instructions provided by event staff.
I hereby release and hold harmless Jime’s Hotdogs, event organizers, sponsors, and property owners from any and all liability, claims, or damages that may arise from my participation in this event.
I understand that all entry fees are non-refundable and will be used to support the Fill the Backpacks Community School Drive.
By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver.
